It starts with a free discovery call where we learn about your brand, goals, and target audience. From there, we build a custom content strategy and schedule your first production day. During the shoot, we capture all the raw footage and photos in about 3 hours at your location. Over the following 5-7 business days, we edit everything into polished, platform-ready content. You review and approve before anything goes live. It's a seamless, hands-off experience designed to fit your busy schedule.

We shoot on the Sony A7IV with cinema-grade lenses, paired with professional LED lighting, a DJI RS3 gimbal for silky smooth motion, and Rode wireless microphones for crystal-clear audio. For editing, we use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. Every piece of equipment is chosen to deliver the highest production value possible while keeping shoots efficient and non-disruptive to your business operations.

Most clients see a noticeable increase in engagement within the first 2-3 weeks of posting professional content. Meaningful business results like increased bookings, foot traffic, and revenue typically follow within 60-90 days. Social media is a long game, but high-quality content accelerates the timeline dramatically. We track key performance metrics monthly so you can see the progress clearly.

Not necessarily. While having the business owner or key team members available can add authenticity and personality to the content, we're fully capable of directing shoots independently. Many of our clients simply let us in, give us the brand guidelines, and go about their day. We'll coordinate everything beforehand so the shoot runs smoothly whether you're there or not.

You always have final approval before anything is posted. Each package includes a revision round where you can request adjustments to edits, captions, or any other details. In our experience, because we invest heavily in the discovery and strategy phase upfront, our first drafts are usually very close to what clients envision. If something isn't right, we'll rework it until it is.

Yes, depending on your package. Our Growth and Premium plans include full content scheduling, caption writing, hashtag optimization, and community management. We use professional scheduling tools to post at optimal times for your audience. You'll receive a content calendar for approval each month, and we handle everything from there. The Starter plan includes the content calendar, and you can choose to post yourself or add management as an add-on.

We ask for an initial 90-day commitment. This gives us enough time to develop your content strategy, refine your brand voice, and deliver measurable results. After the initial period, all plans switch to month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you into lengthy contracts.

Our primary service area is the greater Salt Lake City metro area, including Provo, Park City, Ogden, and surrounding communities. We occasionally take on projects in other Utah cities and neighboring states for the right fit. If you're outside our area, reach out anyway — we may be able to work something out, especially for larger projects or brands with multiple locations.
